About the Campaign
The Better Way To Stay, is a grassroots campaign to help travelers discover today’s inns and B&B experience. Brought to you by the Professional Association of Innkeepers International and hundreds of B&B associations, directories, vendors and innkeepers, the Better Way To Stay campaign seeks to bust myths and build confidence in the B&B brand. While hotels and motels are one option, inns and B&Bs add amenities like complimentary breakfasts, free parking, afternoon or evening refreshments, free wi-fi adding up to $150 per two-night stay in extra value. Add a smile at check in and an innkeeper who remembers your name at the end of a long day, and the list of B&B bonuses becomes priceless. Be on the lookout for videos, blogs and plenty of sharable ideas from the Better Way to Stay campaign.

B&Bs Kick Gas is the first of many promotions brought to you by the Better Way To Stay campaign. B&Bs Kick Gas! is a compilation of hundreds of gas-saving offers and packages from inns and B&Bs throughout the U.S. and Canada. While hotels and motels may leave the light on, inns and B&Bs are welcoming their guests with more than just a bulb. Hundreds of inns and B&Bs have joined the B&Bs Kick Gas! campaign to help travelers get up and go this year with gas deals, gas saving packages and promotions, car tune ups, rewards for carpooling and eco-friendly driving, and savings that can be applied where travelers need it most – in their gas tanks. B&Bs Kick Gas offers will continue throughout 2011.
B&Bs for Vets is an industry-wide effort to thank active and retired military and vets for their service to our country. Hundreds of inns and B&Bs will open their doors on November 10, 2011 so veterans can wake up on Veteran’s Day(11-11-11) at a B&B and receive a smile and thank you from an innkeeper.
